Staff very friendly and helpful. Only disappointment was that we were quoted for our cruise which showed an on-board allowance, only to be told when we booked our cruise that there was no allowance

I HAVE BOOKED A CRUISE
This is the first time I have booked a holiday with Hays. I will definitely be booking holidays with them again.The lady on the phone was very helpful and I didn't feel rushed or pressured she was very polite, she took all the stress of booking a holiday away and we have been on lots

Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. Readily offer advice but do not push to buy other products- eg. Insurance.
Booking process was smooth, efficient- I’m confident I got the right deal for us! I always use Hays.

Very helpful assistant
Very helpful assistant. Sorted out parking at the airport as well as buying the airline tickets. Useful advice about bags to take on Ryanair. Took the stress away from having to do it all myself.

Mostly it was a good experience
Mostly it was a good experience. There was paperwork missing which we had to follow up however this was sorted and dealt with very well.
The exchange of money to take on holiday was dealt with to an excellent standard.
