Friendly and helpful Sapphi - went above and beyond to ensure we got a really good deal.

The rep we spoke to, izzy, was very friendly, helpful and gave use some good advice on our destination, which we have never been to before.

Leanne listened to what we would like and our preferences, she found us various options to mull over and asked us to provide honest feedback back on what we thought as a starting point.
Initially we called into the office and then proceeded via phone calls and emails, excellent customer service, lots of knowledge, ideas and suggestions.
After further research via there suppliers she came back with more options in full detail for us to go through. Any questions we had were answered and clarified with assurance and after looking into the options provided i did some research on the options and we made a decision that best suited us and ticked all the boxes. The whole process was professional, helpful, friendly and brillant customer service. We are so looking forward to our amazing holiday to celebrate my husbands 70th in 2027.

We were served by Sapph. A very knowledgeable and capable young lady. Our booking was dealt with extremely efficiently. We felt we were in safe hands.

Staff Always helpfull & polite

The Staff always= friendly, organised and can assist when dealing with complicated Requests of an airline. Especially, the un customer un helpful Ryan Air.

So helpful & really took time to offer what was available.
