She double checked whether we wanted car parking, insurance, euros and advised us to contact her again, if we had any further queries.

I have every confidence with Hays travel. I was having a problem with booking my flight home to France. I called in at Hays TA. Hoping they could help me and they did. Extremely friendly and helpful.
