Staff very helpful
Both Ava and Caitlin were very helpful and another member of staff was also quite knowledgeable about the area we wanted to enquire about. All our questions were answered and we have now booked a holiday.

Visited the Romsey branch yesterday 12/08/26 to book a holiday. We were helped by Emma who was very thorough, friendly and looked at all options with us. Lovely experience
Charlotte was. very helpful with finding our cruise as we kept changing our minds
She was very friendly and nothing was too much to her

We went in looking for a coach trip…
We went in looking for a coach trip holiday for a week and booked a far better cruise for a very similar price. Emma-Jane was so helpful, patient and knowledgeable. We return often because the service at Hays Romsey is so good.
