We went to Hays travel to book a cruise for 4 people and book with Christine she was very helpful and spent two hours with her tailoring our hoilday i would recommend hays travel and Christine at the romford branch.

Having visited the shop 3 or 4 times and finally booking a cruise in Japan, I found the agents to be extremely helpful trying to find exactly what I wanted without rushing me to make a decision and explaining everything about the trip

The very friendly staff and the impeccable service which we had last time we booked with Hays was fantastic. Thats why we booked with Hay's again

Our travel agent was amazing. She had everything sorted very professionally. Her service got all the add on parts we wanted. While all done fairly easily, everything was explained and shown to us. Options given where appropriate.

Excellent customer service as usual my holiday was arranged perfectly with all the details explained and what optional extras are available and everything double checked and printed for me all at a great price ! you could save a pound or two on-line but try sorting a problem with a chat bot 🤖! use Hays these people know what they’re doing

We visited the Romford store to enquire about a Disney cruise, Lily-Mae was so kind and very helpful, she sent us our quote then followed up with an email asking if she could help any further which was very nice! We actually changed our mind but went in to the store for a quote on another cruise and Lily-Mae was so patient and so helpful! Needless to say we’ve now booked our cruise for next year, “Legend Of The Seas” so excited, thanks Lily-Mae for your patience and kindness, very professional and a lovely smile to boot!! Well done, you’re a star ⭐️ First class service every time and I’ve used Hayes a few times now
