Amazing Experience!

I had such a good experience at the Rickmansworth branch of Hays Travel. I was assisted by Natalia and another really lovely lady. Both of them were very sweet and extremely competent. They were able to find an amazing holiday for a friend and me for a great price with only a week's notice. I couldn't recommend them enough.

Again, very helpful, incite full and nothing was too much trouble. Our holiday went without a hitch from start to finish.

What the men and women who work for Hays Travel, Rickmansworth do for the Company.

Bring their vast experience with people. A real human approach with attention to detail and humour and honesty without ego. It is in my view, "true business". Personally I find it a real service as I have few technology skills and it is a pleasure to be a customer. Thank you all....and the new design is superb.

Nicola at the Rickmansworth Branch was so helpful and found the exact cruise we wanted with an outside cabin and £130 on board credit each. The cruise is for 10 days which is exactly what we wanted and she took her time finding the best deal and showed us other options as well.

Great experience with Helen at Hays Travel. Initially we went into the Travel Agents to discuss what kind of holiday we were looking for. We made the initial enquiry and Helen was very helpful and took down all our details and requirements. We were a little early to book for next Summer but Helen assured us she would be in touch when flights and hotels were taking bookings.
A few weeks later Helen sent over a few suggestions for holidays and after reviewing them we booked an amazing family holiday. Helen was very knowledgeable and helpful and was able to find exactly what we were looking for. We are very excited for our holiday next year and would recommend Helen and Hays Travel. It’s always reassuring to speak directly with a Travel Agent about different holidays, Hotels, flights etc as they have the in depth experience and knowledge.
