Geoff the manager at Hays travel Rickmansworth is the most helpful person ever , we are an elderly couple and his service is excellent in every way making sure our holidays are just perfect for us . Every member is smiley and welcoming and helpful, whatever the enquiry.
They obviously work well as a team and enjoy their work. Something is going right!
Certainly their help takes the headache out of trying to sort through the minefield of internet and snags.

Our experience was very good and hays sorted everything except the medical part of the insurance which is turning out to be quite a hassle. I know they can’t do that for us but I had already checked that we could be insured with insure and go.

Fab help choosing homiday

The young sales assistant was very welcoming and helpful doing her very best to secure exactly what we were looking for in our first cruise holiday.
She has kept us informed and dealt directly with the tour operator on our behalf so taking away the stress of dealing direct with the company. It has made the whole process more pleasurable.

All the staff at Rickmansworth branch are wonderful. Always willing to help and always wearing a beautiful smile! I would highly recommend visiting them to plan your next holiday.

Hayes Travel in Rickmansworth are Always very helpful and welcoming. We were seen straight away with a big welcoming smile.
Katie, was efficient, and experienced in navigating flights for our family of 5. All the staff were friendly with us and each other. There’s a genuine warm atmosphere within the store where staff obviously support each in a various ways
All in all it was a very pleasant experience on a miserable Saturday afternoon. We will definitely be returning in the near future

We had an excellent experience when booking our holiday. We had certain requirements that were not easy to see or understand simply by looking online and Nicola at Hays Travel patiently took them all into account for us and guided us to what looks like our ideal hotel and resort.

The team at Rickmansworth are an absolute credit to the company, always go above and beyond. Highly recommended.
