We went in not having a clue Shaun soon put us at ease and delt with our enquiry swiftly and efficiently we booked our first cruise of our 30th anniversary very pleased.

We are 2 people related by marriage from the instance we entered the shop in retford Town the staff member (samantha) was helpful and patient throughout the booking process. We could not commit to a booking due to speaking to other party members.

Ellie was brilliant we must of asked to look at 20 holidays because me and my partner are taking my sons family and grandchildren with us so the holiday had to have something for us all to do and she always got the best price for us to help with the cost she was kind and brilliant at her job well done Ellie for finding our holiday for next year
