Shaun, the travel advisor was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful on our visit to the store .He made suggestions which helped us to decide on our holiday destination.
It was refreshing to see and experience a reliable member of staff. For example carried out what he promised to do e. g call back with information as compared to someone else in store.

The staff were very helpful (as always), providing an excellent service. He remembered our preferences from a previous visit, where he found an excellent location and hotel for us, which helped choose what looks like the ideal location and hotel for what we were looking for this time. I trust his judgement to help find the best holiday in our price range

Once again to book our Jet2 holiday we went into Hays Travel Retford because we know we will be greeted by friendly staff. This time it was Shaun who booked the holiday for us, he kindly matched an online price for us,explained different procedures and paperwork, and added our requests.
Having someone do this for you in person helps to take the stress out of booking more so when you are both 80!

We thought the service we recieved was excellent. The holiday we were looking for was booked straight away .

The young that help us was so understanding and help us find just what we were looking for,as we are in our seventies doing it on line by ourselves is getting confusing he took all the strain out for us, will definitely use you again thanks 😀

We use the Retford branch of Hays Travel and have never had a bad experience there. All the staff are very helpful and patient. If one member of staff has a problem with anything the others are all very willing to help. It is a joy to do business with them and wouln't go anywhere else for travel help

Our agent Weronica, was very helpful. She explained everything and left us in no doubt we had made the right choice.

Hays is great the staff is great and nothing is to much trouble they will help you in anyway they can

The process was easy from start to finish. Out travel agent Sean spent time looking for what we wanted came up with some options plus a couple of alternatives to what originally requested and sent us full details of each selection. We came back the following day and made the final booking. He also booked the parking and hotel. We did not feel rushed, he showed us all the pictures of the Island(Maldives) and what was available at the resort.

Weronika was most helpful (and patient) as we went through different parts of what we asked for. Her communication skills were excellent and we never thought we were being patronised.

We got what we wanted with little fuss and a very positive experience.
