Samantha, shop manager was brilliant from the moment we walked in, right through from discussing our requirements to completing our booking. Not pushed or rushed.

Came again to the Retford store to book our next holiday.
The staff are all lovely, special mention to Shaun who is a pleasure to spend time with.

Shaun was a very pleasant young man, & as our preferred booking had a price increase during the booking, he quickly found the same holiday, but a different date, which is acceptable to us, with a discount so he was very very professional & efficient, as has the rest of the staff at the Retford office, the staff, remember us from previous bookings & always makes us feel comfortable with our requests for our holidays, nothing is never too much. That is why we always go th the Retford branch.
