Aiden who delt with us at Preston was very helpful not only in finding a holiday, but getting us a good deal and booking it for us. Took a lot of stress out of it.

Very helpful staff nothing is too much trouble take all the online work off your hands and print your boarding passes etc dealt with Aiden who booked the latest holiday and Sophie booked in July for us, their colleagues are always on hand for extra things money or guidance, we keep going back

Amelia is so helpful and patient she will happily go through your booking and explain everything my grandaughter calls amelia her bestie and we call into see her often. We called in to the Preston store and met with Sophie. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable but we were unable to proceed at that time. A call was scheduled for a followup which was made. We gave Sophie another option we had found which she managed to get at a good price. Holiday booked.
