Staff extremely helpful, friendly and professional.

Mollie the travel agent gave us plenty of time, choice and information to ensure we picked the holiday we wanted

Travel agent was Tilly . She was super efficient, quick to realise my needs and professionally very capable

Disappointed by lack of enthusiasm to help and advise me. the attitude was negative from entering the shop and I was made to feel like a nuisance with the shop having no other customers. I asked relevant questions and was offered no advice and very little feedback, there were actual moments of prolonged uncomfortable silence and it felt like I was 'pulling teeth' in trying to get a response. I was offered three options based loosely on an element of my criteria. I was only offered basic facilities and no information on all available room types, again, with no explanation provided. I was never provided with advise on airport transfers other than 'they are not included. I later went to the hotel website to discover they provide a pick up and drop off service. I also looked at alternative available transfers that included buses, trains, shuttle services and taxis, all of which, I was not told about by the Hays representative. I was not offered information on currency rates, where to visit, where and what to avoid. It was unfriendly and unhelpful and I felt let down by the experience. I have previously booked holidays through Hays and did not have this negative experience. I will not return to this particular outlet. Sadly, I would be surprised if you have had no other negative response or simply lost customers to this staff unfortunate attitude
