Nothing was too much trouble for the team at Prenton, Tilly especially went out of her way to find us what we wanted in terms of itinerary and available dates. Hayes has always been our first call for holidays, and this visit proved the standards have not slipped at all.

Ella in the Prenton branch was very welcoming. I enquired about a holiday and Ella searched for the right holiday and I booked it over the phone with her. Really happy with her helpfulness and I will be returning to Hays Prenton again thank again.😉😁😄

We were very impressed by the help we received by Isabella as we were looking for a last minute self catering break. We had looked online and many holidays were 'all inclusive'

Tilly was amazing, helpful and went about her role professionally. Her advice and guidance was refreshing, honest and reassuring. Booked with confidence, we have used Hayes on all our holidays, mainly because you know all bases are covered. Excellent.

Nice young lady but think she may have been new and i think she should have had somebody with her. Took ages to complete the booking then we had to return as we had been given the wrong dicuments

I went in to Prenton branch with an idea of what I wanted. It wasn’t a straight forward trip, but I spoke to Maria who helped me immensely. She took down eveything that I was looking for and contacted me the same day with my itinerary. We had to change a few bits as flight prices increased, between me enquiring and booking, but all got sorted in the end. Looking forward to my trip of a lifetime to Australia. Thank you Maria
