As always with Hays Travel, our requests were taken care of in a very efficient and friendly way. We again were dealt with by Josie, again very friendly, made us feel comfortable, and dealt with our holiday booking very efficiently. We left Hays very happy, and a nice holiday to look forward to. Hays staff are excellent, we cannot praise them enough! Thank you Hays.

All our questions were answered there was no pressure for add ons.
Everyone is friendly.

Another five star review for hays travel Portsmouth. This time great customer service from Kai, nothing too much bother for him. A fantastic cruise booked.

We went in to enquire about cruise in 2026 and the staff were so helpful and accommodated our needs and were furthermore accommodating when we went back to the shop having chose to move down two floors on the ship it was such a great trip we had too. So much so that we’ve booked another one that will be overseen by hays too.

I've booked with hays before ..the staff are very knowledgeable and found us a great deal within our budget always freindly and happy to help ..making our holiday stress free and if there any issues they're always there to help

The stuff was very friendly and done everything for us and sorted out everything from booking to parking and flight seats for us and was very polite and explained everything to us so we where satisfied by the time we left the shop

Chemise was excellent, from explaining everything from looking for a cruise for me from beginning to the end, explained everything and always with a smile she's a credit to your shop

Friendly staff always helpful go out of their way to find you the perfect holiday the booking process was good read out everything from the hotel and showed the map where the hotel was and places to visit
