In short at initial meeting all questions/enquiries were answered.
I was happy to be told that I could contact Hays/George anytime within any further questions.
I have not travelled abroad for years ( before online booking) so feel at ease booking face to face. As where online I think I would be worried constantly ( holidays mean relaxation not stress)

Very helpful staff
Agent very helpful- she couldn’t find exactly what we wanted and couldn’t get through to head office that day(a Saturday )However she got through on the Monday morning & as promised rang us with information. Subsequently we booked holiday.
