George has been very accommodating with requests and helping get the most from the holidays and the other staff members in the branch are happy go help if he is busy with a different customer

Great service from moment sat down

We went to pay for a booked cruise. While there, told Tom we had seen another cruise with Iglo Cruises. We prefer Hayes so asked Tom. We were able to book the cruise at a lower rate. Thanks Tom and Hays.

Friends book a cruise with you and asked us to come as well. The staff which we saw were so helpful making sure we were all together on the same floor and on the same meal settings.

I have not travelled abroad for years ( before online booking) so feel at ease booking face to face. As where online I think I would be worried constantly ( holidays mean relaxation not stress)

Julie was very understanding of our needs and was very helpful in organising our cruise.
