Ease of booking. We have used Hays Travel on a number of occasions and find the staff extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Our representative on this occasion, Eloise, was very helpful.

We were made to feel welcome as soon as we walked through the door. We were given a few different options. Even though we had gone there earlier in the day, we left trying to decide which one to pick. We called back to Hays quite late in the afternoon, no fuss was made they Still made us feel welcome, noting was too much trouble. Excellent service.
