I have recently booked 2 holidays with Hays Travel Pontefract and I am very impressed. Any agent I have dealt with have been very helpful, knowledgeable, and have gone over and above what they needed to do.It makes a real difference to the experience.

Katie from the Pontefract branch was absolutely fantastic in helping me tweak a recent holiday I had seen the branch post on social media. The airport didn't work for me and Katie was fast and incredible informative on keeping me updated. The booking process was just as smooth and knowledgeable I can reach out at any time if required.

Friendly, efficient service provided.
Because of working hours it’s sometimes difficult to physically get into the branch, but they are easily contactable via online, phone or messaging.
We dealt with Emily, who made our experience simple and stress free, sorting everything out for us.

As always the staff at Hays Travel Pontefract first class. Charlotte was the lady who dealt with my holiday inquiries on this occasion as very pleasant in her mannersion as all the other lady are. On a different note I received the discount what I was grateful for but, my Sons & Daughter in laws & even my grandchildren say they would do it for my on line of which im quite capable of on the holiday I could have saved £170 same hotel flights ect. To cut the chase I think I'll be looking into these options🤔 as being an OAP £170 is big saver im sure you will appreciate that.Ive used Hays Travel on I think fourteen times if not more this year I'll be going back to Benidorm in September/October/December as in last year but as Yorkshire people say pennies makes pounds. I always finish off by the way do the people at Hays Travel headquarters realise what a great & fantastic & Dedicated job they do for the customer 👏. PS just for the record regs the Yorkshire saying im a Scotsmen hence the name Mcdonald 😀

First class advisor, patient and knowledgeable

From the moment we walked in Bronte took care of us, she was on cover from the Mirfield branch.
Fantastic to deal with, very thorough and knowledgable, we where her first customers of the day and she had just sat down and calmly sorted her computer and got logged on whilst taking in our needs and wants.
We could not be more happy.
This isn’t the first time we have booked with Hays in Pontefract and every time we are thoroughly satisfied.
Great company, great price and once again Thankyou Bronte for the great service.

Friendly helpful staff

My agent Charlotte in the Pontefract branch was brilliant,a real credit to Hayes travel,friendly,down to earth and funny,a breath of fresh air,nothing was too much trouble for her.I really liked the Hayes experience. However,no fault of Hayes travel,I think it was jet2 holidays,just before completion of my booking the price suddenly soared by £400,I almost walked away,never to return.But as Charlotte was so apologetic and honest,I compromised and accepted less days on my holiday,something I'm actually very displeased about and it will possibly make me think twice in future.I think it's scandalous what can happen and will end up ruining your trade.I would really like an honest response from yourselves.

I have always had a good experience at this branch they are always very helpful and clear. They do not pressure sell. The lady recognised me from just under a year ago I have dyslexia and she made sure understood at every stage. I will use the branch anytime I want to book a holiday.

Katie dealt with our booking and was very efficient , very helpful, very friendly and made it an enjoyable experience.

We came in with a very wide remit, involving a lot of possibilities. Mia totally went the extra mile, following every possible angle until we finally narrowed it down to 3 main options for us to choose from. This was over a two-hour period covering what was probably her lunch break! She remained cheerful throughout, and we would definitely use Hays Travel again.
