Really friendly staff two ladies one Katie not sure what the other lady was called, they went above and beyond to find what we were looking for.

Excellent service staff are amazing cant do enough for you always with a smile, its a pleasure going into the Plymouth shop Best part of booking a holiday.

Hays are always helpful, talking us through every step of the holiday from booking, the flight & transfers. Told us when we have to bring our passports in to get checked in , so easy for Hays to do it for us & also going to talk us through the new visa's we are going to need. Very helpful in this branch can't fault them.

KATIE. Katie was very efficient, helpful and patient with us. She was careful to explain everything and we were not made to feel we were taking up to much time however many questions we asked. We came away feeling we had completed our booking with no further questions to ask or be answered.

My experience in trying to book a family holiday for 8 people was logistically difficult because of numerous conflicting family priorities. Nevertheless the professional and patient approach by Hays Plymouth personnel was patient and ultimately successful in finding the right holiday for the family.
