I booked my holiday with Tracy for a group of 15 people. She was so patient and listened to all of my many questions and requirements. I had tried various tour operators and was so pleased that I rang Hays travel.
I had been planning this holiday for a long time and found it very stressful, as everyone had different ideas of they wanted, especially things to keep the children happy.
Tracy found the perfect hotel and everyone seems happy! A big thank you to her!
