Lots of affordable deals available
Whilst walking past the Hays shop, I saw there were a range of holidays and deals available being advertised in the shop window. The shop was bright and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. They were keen to meet my requirements for the holiday that I wanted. After looking at a range of options, we found a holiday to suit us. We were really pleased. The booking process was straightforward and quick.

Excellent Service
Booked a P&O Cruise and wanted to extended the ends of the cruise. All the staff at this location worked together and did this for us. We had a wonderful cruise and a great time in Sydney and San Francisco.
We would like to say thank you so much for arranging this for us.

Family Holiday to Florida 2027
On arrival we found the staff to be welcoming in a very pleasant environment.
Hannah did several quotations for our proposed family holiday to Florida next year to enable us to get the best possible price. Nothing was too much trouble. She was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful on all occasions. The booking process was easy and the service excellent.
All in all the whole experience was both enjoyable and exciting as we booked our family trip to Florida.
It was our first time booking with Hays Travel Oldbury and we will definitely return when looking to book future holidays.

Another Hays booking.
We initially used Hays Travel (Oldbury) because it was local but we found them so helpful and friendly that we use them all the time.
We were unsure about our latest booking but the staff sorted everything out for us pointing out pros and cons of different cruises.
