Amazing staff the only issue is logging into my account every time I come out I have to put the password in and they created my password too long and sometimes it doesn’t recognise the password. The service was excellent in the shop tho.

Heather was so brilliant on the ball with everything i needed with having a disabled child going with us. she informed us of everything you offer and what are allowed and the extra help you get traveling , you have a really nice team in hays travel old swan Liverpool thank you

I always book my holidays with Hays Travel Old Swan. Lewis is absolutely fantastic and takes so much time to make sure I get the holiday I want and always goes above and beyond to check things for me and answer my questions. Some of the best customer service I’ve ever received. And Paul always sorted my currency out, again, such fantastic service. I wouldn’t book with anyone else.
