The staff were both helpful and pleasant....so I went and booked another hol 🤗

Well initially we went up to Hayes and we went through the holidays with Lewis then we had the idea which one we chose to go with so we went home and said we’d get back the same day, then we made our minds of which hotel we chose to go with, the moon back to Hay spoke to Lewis and he got us the best price so he asked you were quite happy. how much did Miss Lewis know his job? He went through the hotels and told us evident about them so 10 out of 10 for Lewis

I went in your Old Swan branch to buy travel insurance Lewis who O have been dealt with before arranged it for me. He was friendly and always makes me feel comfortable I am 85 and not good on the internet so having someone like him to do things for me is invaluable

We have been using Old Swan Hays Travel for the last 3 or 4 years now. I can't see us using another travel agent as we never have any problems here. The staff here are lovely and friendly and make booking your holiday easy. Heather makes you feel at ease and always very helpful. A big thank you.

When using a travel agent we have always used Hays Old Swan. We find the staff to be pleasant, knowledgeable and nothing is too much trouble for them. They make booking a holiday a pleasant experience.
