Very helpful and knowledgeable about the holiday we booked

Barney went the extra mile to help us find exactly what we were looking for. He greeted us with a smile and finished with a smile. Had great knowledge of best options and even called the Hotel direct for a question we had that he couldn’t answer.

Excellent personal service with Hays especially as I’d just had a disappointing,negative experience at a Norwich city based travel service. In complete contrast, Hays quickly dealt with some unresolved queries regarding a current holiday (arranged elsewhere I should add) and they also organised a new trip for me with courteous, friendly efficiency and provided additional useful advice you won’t get online. First rate. Many thanks.

First I was told that Hays do not book flights only but then the agent took down the details of my trip and rang me back three days later with a quote, which I accepted. On the whole, the agent I dealt with was helpful and efficient despite the 3-day delay in getting back to me. Based on this experience, I would definitely use Hays Travel for my next long-haul trip.
