Aimee has been amazingly helpful, we have not used a travel agency for years. Normally we just book on line, Aimee was so friendly, welcoming and really helped us pick best option for us,
Even into where the best place to pick our cabin, what floors. Some many helpful tips. We will highly recommended Hays and too see Aimee again.

First I was told that Hays do not book flights only but then the agent took down the details of my trip and rang me back three days later with a quote, which I accepted. On the whole, the agent I dealt with was helpful and efficient despite the 3-day delay in getting back to me. Based on this experience, I would definitely use Hays Travel for my next long-haul trip.
