Always book through Hays. Staff are friendly, thoughtful and knowledgeable on practically anywhere you book. It’s lovely to actually talk to a human being so would prefer to book with them

First class service, found just what we were looking, with the help of a very friendly assistant. We were in and out within half an hour. With a holiday all book.

We knew exactly what we wanted to book, a cruise, but had a few questions. We have done almost 30 cruises but none with Ambassador. Chloe helped us choose the best available cabin based on her knowledge of the company.
Only downside was the wait time; the branch is clearly very popular.

Laurence was really knowledgable, friendly, gave us some great advice on where to go and what to do whilst there, left with a holiday to look forward to in 4 months time, he was fantastic! We only popped in as the TUI rep across the road left us feeling rather deflated, glad we did!

I'm looking for a miracle, I said as I came in the door. And a miracle is what I got. Jomane was amazing! Took care of EVERYTHING AND downloaded it onto my phone so I just have to go to my photos and show that funny diagram thingy at the airport. I'm over the moon!
