Absoluyely top class servuce when ever we go in. Lovely staff who have got to know us and what we like/dislike. So helpful as well. Really does make a difference. I hate doing bookings online. Ave the high syreet call i store you dont get ut any cheaper doing it online. Use the staffs experience and knowledge in store.

My friend and I wanted a uk holiday
My friend and I wanted a uk holiday and we had several requirements which made finding the perfect holiday difficult. Katie spent a lot of time with us trying to source a holiday which was right, hampered by the lack of information on some holiday website. Eventually she was successful.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff at Hays Travel Northwich. Provided great advice and explained all our options without trying to 'upsell'. In fact we saved money compared to the tour operator online price. Many thanks to Katie for all her assistance.

Great quality service from Scarlett at the Northwich branch
Asked for a few different choices of hotel based on the information we wanted adding into the holiday, Scarlett emailed them over so we could take a look. We made our choice and called back to make the booking. Our holiday was email to us within 10 minutes. Very quick, easily process and great quality service from Northwich branch.

This is the second time we have booked…
This is the second time we have booked a holiday with Hays Travel in Northwich. We booked a last minute short break to FuerteVentura.
Flights, hotel and airport parking. Excellent.
Evertything went as planned and will definitely use Hays Travel again.

Katie was so helpful and informative
Katie was so helpful and informative about the type of holiday we were looking for, and answered all our questions about the resorts, accommodation, activities and cabin choices. We felt so comfortable with her, she didn’t try to force either her opinion or a specific holiday on us which was really good.we were very happy with the final choice and costs that we didn’t hesitate to book that day. Stress free holidays
Holiday bought via one of the remote Hays workers on Facebook. Wanted to add a few bits and amend travel insurance and so did this in local branch (Northwich). Staff are always excellent at Hays. What I like most is they are always quite candid about their personal experiences and will always give solid advice. Looking forward to our family holiday in Sharm El Sheikh, and when I'm back I will be straight back to Hays to book next year's trip!
