Scarlet found me a great hotel in Puerta Pollensa as I had been onto the internet and couldn’t find anything.
She’s a lovely girl and very helpful. I booked the holiday there and then and she changed my flights to earlier ones and booked my seats on the plane as well. Very good experience. Well done Scarlet.

Lesia made a note of everything we wanted in a holiday and found us the perfect one. She spent time looking and listening to us she made us feel very comfortable. As choosing a holiday can be quite daunting when you have autism.

The lady taking the booking was lovely, very friendly and helpful....no messing about got on with it quickly even got us a cup of tea (don't usually get that).

Kate was so lovely handling the holiday booking which wasn’t as straightforward. So professional and dealt with all the issues ( wheelchair user). Not easy travelling as a disabled passenger however she managed to get everything sorted. Highly recommend you to others, thank you for all your help
