Friendly and knowledgeable staff.
We were greeted by a friendly, welcoming member of staff. Steph took us through different options that fitted our criteria for our holiday.She listened carefully to our requirements and offered suggestions to help us make a decision.
We booked our holiday and Steph completed all the necessary paperwork quickly and efficiently. She explained everything clearly and we came away very happy that her excellent service has enabled us to look forward to a great holiday.

The booking was very straightforward by Elisha. She wasn’t sure of some information given by the Inghams advisor regarding private transfers so checked twice and we got the correct details the second time. This affected the cost of the holiday but the private transfer rather than a long coach ride was a priority for me.

Excellent member of staff from Hays Northallerton, goes above and beyond to find the right place for you.
Wendy the member of staff from Hays Travel Northallerton, has worked extremely hard to find me the right holiday/hotel as I am disabled. She goes above and beyond to help everyone. She is a friendly bubbly member of the team and very popular. Would highly recommend her.
