The service was great as always, in general the staff are always helpful and go out of their way to find what you are looking for. They are always friendly and greet you with a smile. The booking process was quick and straight forward.

Outstanding customer service from Nicola …
Outstanding customer service from Nicola went through all our options and rang two companies to get us a good price on our trip to Boston next year my husband is running the marathon and we needed a particular hotel to extend our stay all booked with a smile cup of coffee and a biscuit what more could you ask for 😉
