Lynn Guest was excellent and made sure we were fully informed of the options available to us before we made a decision on what river cruise to take.

My wife and I love our holidays. We have been booking with Hays for years. The staff are always professional and helpful, often giving us their recommendations for resorts. Just like talking to old friends. I can only award 5 stars, but would love to award more.

Was in twice over the weekend of my booking , and only concern was when i asked about a certain destination, which was budapest the girl didnt even look it up or say we dont cover it which i found a strange as it seemed she was trying to push certain destinations . Which i didnt mind as they were also on my list as a choice .
Other than that when booking on the sunday the girl was very helpful and polite and very good to deal with .

She answered every query succinctly and gave expert advice. We entered with some ideas and left with a foreign holiday booked and paid for.
