made planning and booking easy and stress-free
Helpful, well-informed staff who showed patience as we discussed travel and accommodation options. A reasonable price, excellent support after booking, and their exchange rate for our spending money was the best I was able to find in my town. Mainly, it was reassuring and enjoyable to deal with a real person face-to-face when planning and booking our holiday to somewhere we had never been before! Thank you, and I will gladly book holidays through Hays again in future.
