Hays (Newton Abbot) is such a friendly and professional place to organise a holiday. Staff always seek to maximise the pleasure of your holiday experience whilst effectively getting the most from your budget. Staff give options and listen to what you require from your holiday. Excellent!!

Always a good experience going in Hays. All the consultants are amazing and so knowledgeable. Nothing is too much trouble. As usual the service in Hays Newton Abbot was the best there can be all the staff are friendly Anne who looks after us could not be more attentive her knowledge of holiday destinations could not be surpassed

We always book our holidays from your Travel shop in Newton Abbot, The staff are very friendly with a friendly atmosphere, we tend to see Emma Smith as she has helped us for a number of years booking our trips away. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I spoke to Fern right at the end of the day to book a holiday. I’d not been into the Newton Abbot shop or dealt with Hays Travel previously but Fern was so good. She listened and took all the information she needed. She even offered to take our details and check with our friends who were doing the same holiday to see if she could arrange for our bookings to be linked.
Overall she was organised and gave me all the information I needed and booked our holiday without any problem or fuss. Thank you so much.

Very helpful manger( Debbie) sorted our mini break away , for next year with easy . Going back to same hotel as this year and very good price .
