Was nice n easy to book, friendly service, the only thing was I had to really push for a bit of extra discount, felt a bit naughty but got there in the end !! I realise everyone in this climate needs every penny but if the discount is there just give it to the customer, having said that I will return and book again

Tracey and all of her staff always give me a very warm welcome to the store evrytime that I visit there with a few quieries and to book things like travel insurance from them and they always go looking for the best prices for me.
They should be recognised for their dedication to their hard work and should be awarded Customer Services Award for their achievments.

Staff are always friendly welcoming and helpful and know exactly what we want. We always book with Hays and have got to know all the staff. Its like meeting up with friends.

We asked for a suitable hotel for a wedding we are attending in Rhodes I. 2027 and she pulled out all the stops to find us an amazing hotel at a fantastic price.

I’ve had such a lovely experience booking with Hays Travel! All of the ladies in the store were so welcoming and friendly from the moment we walked in. A special thank you to Julie, who was absolutely fantastic – she was so patient with us while we were being a bit indecisive and really took the time to help us find the perfect holiday.

Nothing ever felt rushed, and she made the whole process easy and enjoyable. This is actually my third time booking a holiday with them, and the service is consistently amazing every time. I wouldn’t go anywhere else – highly recommend!

Straightforward to book, although the receptionist could have been a little more enthusiastic with the booking and a little bit more knowledgeable about the questions we asked. Tracey however stepped in to help. She's brilliant to put customers at ease.

Incredibly friendly & helpful staff. Whilst trying to decide where to go other staff gave their advice based on their experience of the resorts we were considering.

Was extremely happy with the lady who helped us. We didn’t have much time but she managed to find the perfect holiday for us at a very good price. She understood what we were looking for and gave really good advice. Will definitely book with them again, thank you.

We knew were we wanted to go but wanted advice on the best time to go - Hayley was very informed and helpful to to choose the right hotel and part of Menorca best for us .

Booked a holiday to Asia and Australia with Hayley,she was very knowlegeble and efficient in answering all my questions about the trip.
