Tracy gave Excellent customer service put our minds at rest advising us on the rooms which were available and booked our car parking for us which we were very grateful for also told us if we bought our euros with them customers get a better rate plus she gave us good advice on travel insurance

It was so easy to book with Hays,they found the cheapest holiday in the hotel we wanted in Cyprus. I didn't have to do a thing, from booking the hotel, board. Flights , seats on plane obviously all paper work..what a relief and Thankyou Hays. And Chloe And Hayley.

Great service, friendly staff, very helpful step by step advice , even when unfortunately I had to cancel my holiday, they refunded promptly, I have always used Hays for holiday bookings, and will continue to in the future

I received excellent service from Chloe. Chloe show me all of my options of hotels & flights in Benidorm. As usual she was very professional with her customer service and she is the reason that I return to Hays Travel as she make booking my holidays a pleasurable experience. Nothing is too much trouble and I always leave feeling confident that I have received the best deals available.
