I booked my holiday by phone, I had a lovely lady called Beth in the Newcastle branch. She was very friendly very up beat and couldn't be more helpful. I would go through this branch again

Hays’ staff are so helpful.

We had difficulty in booking our…
We had difficulty in booking our holiday because we were flying out on different dates! We had previously tried another travel agent but they couldn’t book the holiday we wanted!
We called into Hays travel in Newcastle and spoke with Laura, she was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable which put us at ease straight away.
We explained to Laura what we needed for our holiday and she told us with confidence that she could sort it out for us! which she did.
Thank you so much for your help Laura and we recommend anyone wishing to book a holiday to visit Laura and Hays travel.
