Customer Care second to none!
Due to Government Guidelines, I had to cancel my Cuban adventure that I had booked with Sophie at the Newark branch, she ensured that I was refunded in full and gave me customer care second to none! I have just booked an adventure to India with Sophie's help who was as enthusiatic and excited as I am and with her help and the help of her colleagues Lola and Mollie I have not got this new adventure to look forward to. A massive thank you to all involved!!!

Went into my local Hays Travel Centre…
Went into my local Hays Travel Centre and got some ideas on where to go. I took them away and found a cheaper price with Jet2. I contacted the centre and they matched the price so booked with the centre

We rang for a quote for a holiday we were looking at. Molly gave us the quote & then rang us to say there was another company doing the same holiday but cheaper
We came in & saw her. She was excellent, went thru the itinerary, showed us we cud swap things around & we eventually booked the holiday & saved ourselves money. Molly was lovely very pleasant & extremely helpful.

The staff member who booked our holiday was so helpful.
The booking process was easy. I have not booked a holiday with a travel agent for many, many years. I have booked flights, hotels, transfers and everything else myself online. After this experience I will definitely return to Hays Travel in Newark in the future.
