Sarah, at Hays Travel New Milton recently helped us book our trip to Australia. Sarah was very helpful and took time to find us the right airline, with good flight times, and a lovely stop over hotel in Hong Kong with transfers. We will definitely use Hays to book our next holiday.

After initially being a bit put off as they couldn’t deal with me, and asked me to come back I an hour! However when I did return the staff were very pleasant and helpful, and helped me get a gift voucher for a Big Birthday present.

She took her time taking us through the whole process from choosing the ship the exact cabin and of course the destination. We were late in booking our holiday to Madeira but the lady helped enormously, guiding us through the options and making her own suggestions from her own experiences of the country.
