Hays got us the holiday we wanted
Amelia talked through what we wanted from a holiday in Italy and gave us some ideas and information. When we said we’d seen the holiday we wanted but there was no availability she rang the company and found they’d had a cancellation. We’re very happy we’ve booked the holiday we wanted and it’s thanks to Amelia

A passage to India
I booked a solo holiday to India and Amelia was very helpful advising me on safe options and the details regarding the booking process, which was straightforward. An initial glitch with details on the outgoing flight was soon rectified.
Very impressed with Hays. Would consider using again.

The process to complete the booking was very quick.
I was in the shop previously with all the holiday details.
The two members of staff were dealing with customers. I think it would have been nice for customer care that one of the staff could have acknowledged me and pehaps suggested returning in x minutes

We seen the cruise advertised on the…
We seen the cruise advertised on the board outside , so went in and inquired about it .
Had it explained in very good detail that it was a Hayes travel escorted cruise and we booked it then and there .
It is always a pleasure to visit the New Milton branch , if you go in for travel money , to book something , or just an inquiry, you are met with a warm welcome , and friendly smile .
