Great service from the team as always

First time we've booked with Hays, also our first cruise. We were looked after by (Luci), Nantwich. Luci was extremely helpful going through everything in detail which took the stress out of trying to negotiate everything ourselves.we will definitely be using Hays in the future.

Great service in providing options for our holiday. Great updates as the booking progressed through to confirmation with very easy deposit payment link.

Sam was able to quickly inform us that the apartments we wanted to book for November 2025 were closed for the winter. He was able to find and book an apartment in the same town, with Jet2 holidays. We were pleased with the excellent service from Sam.
