Kerry greeted me as soon as I walked in and she was very friendly and helpful throughout. As I was booking a cruise she made suggestions that I would not have considered eg position of cabins in the ship and also ensuring that my booking for 2 cabins for single occupancy was on the same order.

The help we received from the assistant was really important to us on this our first trip abroad for over 30 years.

Excellent, efficient, friendly service.

Downside is the office itself. Sounds echo round and noise from other work stations make it difficult to hear the agent you are talking to. This is particularly noticeable by hearing aid users like myself. Carpeting should solve this problem.

Samsung was experienced in his knowledge and knew what he was doing and saying. Couldn't fault him in any way what so ever.

A very friendly, patient advisor helped us book an 11 night holiday over a 7 night one for little more money and also worked hard to get us very good flight times. Hays Nantwich advisors go out of their way to help. All our documentation, Boarding passes, etc were given to us in a handy wallet.

Having never used a travel agent before, we were very impressed with the friendly and helpful service by the wonderful Kelly in the Nantwich branch.

Initial enquiry through Luci and a visit to the shop and Kerry sorted us out as always. Spent 2 hours with Kerry and walked away with a beautiful 5 star holiday. Thank you Kerry for your patience and endless time going back and to on the screen. As always a very satisfied customer. We will be back.

Hays travel Nantwich organised everything for us on our holiday. The coach to pick us up from Keele service station, we were taken straight to Southampton fast tracked onto the ship. The holiday started immediately, I cannot thank them enough.

The staff are always happy to help us every step of the way to book our holidays, with good knowledge on tips & recommendations. Sam at Nantwich is great.

we use Hays for a holidays, however on this occasion my mother had booked with a tour operator which had gone bust, and the airline were not possible to get hold of for my elderly mother to confirm her flight bookings. Sam at Hays sorted everything out for her and she was overwhelmed with his support. Sam is it great asset to the team in Nantwich and my mother has decided to use them from now on.
