Have used Hays for many years - the Milton Keynes branch are fantastic!

The atmosphere and smiles was a nice change from trying to book flights on line, they made me feel confident that I was getting every little detail I requested spot on and made me comfortable that my flight is going to go down without a hitch. They also didn't try push any extra bits and bobs on me,all in all I'll definitely use them again for my next holiday 😀

All the staff at hays travel westcroft are very friendly and helpful.They listen to what you want and do there best to find it for you.

It is so easy to book a holiday of our choice. From the outset of a phone call everything we required was booked within 20 minutes. And the service of providing assistance, booking our seats, checking us in and printing off all the documentation is brilliant - absolutely priceless to us. All the staff are so helpful and we are proud to be their customers. We recommend this travel agency to all our friends and they have been impressed as well. Many thanks to all the staff.

Being disabled makes booking a holiday very difficult most of the time & having had a bad experience with our last holiday (through a different travel agent) I was a bit anxious about trying to book another family holiday
I needn’t have worried
Jaime listened to our needs & easily found an amazing holiday for myself, husband & teenage daughter in Rhodes.
Nothing was too much trouble for her, she asked lots of questions on my behalf, double checked everything & kept us up to date every step of the way, helping us throughout the booking process, calming my nerves & reassuring me that a family holiday IS still possible.

We can’t express enough what an amazing staff member you have in Jaime (the rest of the team at the MK branch were all kind & helpful too) and we are now really looking forward to our trip in May, I’m sure it is going to be exactly what we all need

Because of this experience our plan is to make Hays our “go to” travel agent for all our future holidays from now on!
