Penelope went above and beyond any expectations we may have had and within 24 hours we had a very special trip booked with an amazing itinerary. Excellent service and staff. I had looked on line at a few holidays, but needed additional information which was given by Ritchie. Very helpful and informative, nothing was a problem for him and I can’t praise him enough. Very patient with all the questions I asked.

The cruise for 26.2.27 was booked whilst on board Britannia. My husband and I immediately asked for paperwork to be sent to Hays in order that Andrew Bowerbank could continue with our booking. He is so good and friendly we know we are safe hands.
