Very helpful and understanding
Martin booked a package for my friend who needed extra assistance and took all the worry and hassle out of the whole experience which lead me to go to Martin for a request to assist me in a booking which through a mix up on my part unfortunately i couldn’t book in the end but Martin was very helpful with everything i had requested and all information was clear and when i could not book even after doing all the ground work for me he was very understanding and nothing was a problem. I would recommend Martin to anyone looking to book a holiday or trip away. 10/10 for assistance

Family & friends had used Hays travel…
Family & friends had used Hays travel before they are from Crawley w sussex, when a family holiday was suggested my sister & I booked through Martin though we don't live there martin took care of everything holiday flights transfers assistance seats plus insurance's , our family haven't been disappointed on previous holidays we shall enjoy our holiday in September., would recommend Hays travel so helpful will write a review after our holiday.

Martin at Hays Travel was amazingly helpful, patient and motivated to find us the perfect package holiday.
