Staff very welcoming on arrival. Prepared to listen and understand our specific requirement needs and wants and dealt with efficiently and took into account our comments and observations.Highly recommend with regard to all aspects of the service. My Wife and I called into Hayes Macclesfield, We were greeted by Claire, very friendly polite,Though the holiday we wanted had sold out ,Claire took the time and trouble to find us another alternative holiday.
Nothing was to much trouble.
