The staff are just amazing
The staff are just amazing. Emily goes above and beyond to get us just the cruise we wanted. Nothing is ever too much trouble. The staff are so friendly and so welcoming Emily and Claire are definitely an asset to Hays travel.

Great experience
What can I say, the staff in the Macclesfield branch are absolutely fantastic and are so helpful. Emily has just found another holiday for us and was giving us tips and suggestions of what to do and where to go.

Poppy was brilliant
Poppy was brilliant spent so much time with us. Helping us find our perfect holiday. It was such a chilled and friendly experience. Also makes a fabulous change to booking on line as the knowledge of the staff is so good. We had time to go grab a drink and come back all We had to do was pay. We are will most certainly be going back to book our next one. And to have that peace of mind they have everything in hand. Thank you all x
