Easy booking, friendly staff, we live quite far from lymington and we’re greatful we could book over the phone. Karen who dealt with the request initially on Facebook was brilliant, answered all questions and kept me up to date with the next steps of booking and how it all works. Karen from Hays was brilliant
Karen was brilliant. She was very helpful and patient too as we were making up our minds what we should do or where we would go. We didn’t feel pressurised to hurry our decision and even sorted us out some discount which was very helpful. We chose our favourite hotel in Ibiza in the end but I have told Karen we would be back again later in the year to choose a second destination with her. Thanks Hays!

I had an idea of what I wanted to do and with the valued assistance of Catherine at the Lymington Branch achieved this.
Just a few tweeks - adjusting the length of stay at certain locations and the flight upgrade - and there you have it my ideal itinerary.
No upselling from Catherine, she just got professionally on with the task.
Highly recommended.
