Booked a holiday with Hays Travel Lowestoft, even with the problems they had with the IT and phones on the day we visited we got exactly what we wanted and no one trying to add on extras we didn't want, our requested add ons were also dealt with to our satisfaction , our agent Lauren to use her own phone due to the problems definitely going above and beyond.

They were very helpful as we were not sure where to go and were very understanding when we changed our minds and looked for something else

Jack took his time and really listened to what we were looking for as we weren't the most straightforward booking with dietary and medical requirements. Offered suggestions on things we hadn't considered, and went above and beyond by making contact with someone from the company to put our minds at rest

Wonderful friendly staff. Lauren was so helpful, patient and knowledgeable. She made the experience enjoyable and so easy, pointing out all options available and being very efficient.

Booked family cruise ,joint week and lone week on the same ship. Made sure rooms were close together, took all allergies, open sitting for dinner. Nothing missed. We can’t wait.

The lady over the phone (believe her name was Claire) was very helpful and straightforward, couldn’t be better!

We walked in got seen by Jack. He heard what we wanted found our holiday and 10 minutes later was paid for and booked. Really good service.

Wonderful help from your staff [Jack] he went above & beyond to give us choices of where we might want to go. Also explored transport, how to get around, & the right hotel. He was patient, kind, informative & a lovely sense of humour. Thank you Jack, he deserves a pay rise!

As always we get great service when using Hays to book our holidays. We were all set on going bed and breakfast to Crete but ended up going All Exclusive to Menorca. This was all down to the patience and skill of Claire. Having looked at our options in Crete we asked for other suggestions. We looked at lots of other places and nothing was too much trouble. Claire broadened our options by suggesting options we wouldn’t have considered and found us a real deal.

As always, excellent service. All the staff at Hays are always happy to help. Paula who booked our holiday always goes above and beyond to help with any queries we have no matter how small.
