Elysia went above and beyond to meet all our needs, looking at lots of different packages and hotels, giving lots of advice.
This is the 2nd time we have booked with Elysia through Hayes to go to euro Disney and will never book with anyone else.
5 star service from beginning to end.

Booked a holiday with Hays Travel
Booked a holiday with Hays Travel Lowestoft, even with the problems they had with the IT and phones on the day we visited we got exactly what we wanted and no one trying to add on extras we didn't want, our requested add ons were also dealt with to our satisfaction , our agent Lauren to use her own phone due to the problems definitely going above and beyond.

Jack took his time and really listened to what we were looking for as we weren't the most straightforward booking with dietary and medical requirements. Offered suggestions on things we hadn't considered, and went above and beyond by making contact with someone from the company to put our minds at rest
