The team at hays longton are so friendly and welcoming. Lisa the lady who delt with me to get exactly the holiday I wanted is amazing. She take her time and listens to you. Then go's all out to get you exactly what you want. Her knowledge is amazing as is her personality. I would definitely recommend this branch to friends and family. We went in as customers came out as friends. Thanks Lisa.

Sian was very professional and did every thing she said she would do included starting work early to
get the cabin we wanted on the cruise. I usually book with P O Direct but this was less stressful than waiting in queues at call centres

Nieve, did a great job. She took all my details for the holiday we require. She was very polite and professional. She then rang me back as the line was a bit funny. So holiday booked for next year
